This has been a great work laptop! It's lightweight and easy to carry. The laptop has been user friendly and I was able to easily load all my apps. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, lightweight and comfortable laptop.

This laptop is impressively fast and handles everything I throw at it. The touch screen works well — responsive without being overly sensitive. The processor easily keeps up with my massive Excel files and loads large datasets quickly without lag. It’s been such a reliable performer that I’m buying a second one for my assistant.

This is a great laptop if you're looking for good performance and a lower price point. If you're looking for the "best of the best" I would probably make a different choice, but all in all, this has been a great choice if you need lower budget options.

HP tends to make a decent product, this Laptop met the needs of my son's homeschool classes. Not a gaming laptop but does what you need it to do otherwise. It did come with a lot of pre-installed programs that I had to uninstall as they were distractions for my 4th grade son.

This is a very good Laptop. Of course there is a learning curve, as there would be with any new electronics, but it is pretty user friendly. I would recommend this product.

Was looking for a laptop that could handle average schoolwork and casual usage, and I haven't been disappointed by my choice thus far. The touchscreen responds very well, no problems with that. The battery is enough to get me through an average day at school--while still running at a good speed, etc. Would recommend this to others.

I’m very happy with the laptop; not happy to have to purchase Microsoft Office separately;-(not a Best problem) nor am i happy that no one within the company knows how to update current email accounts. I was happy “Elizabeth” (?) was able to access my account in the store enabling me use accrued points. Good merch exhausting customer service.

New HP with Win 11 is perfect for my needs. It's fast and set up was easy. The shipment came quickly and was well packaged. It's a bit smaller than my last HP but I have a larger monitor with HDMI so the 15" is fine rather than a 17".

Received quickly and will be looking forward to a faster laptop!
