While some games play at lower resolutions, it allows me to enjoy others withiut needing a computer hundreds or thousands of dollars more expensive. Daily tasks and school activities are better yet.

The laptop works well, as expected. The difference was Zach who took the time to listen to what we were looking for and recommended the right machine. We have the Total Care service, and it was great, more than justifying price differential that MIGHT have existed. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people.

This computer replaces an HP computer I bought at Best Buy when I retired in December 2014. This new one starts up in less than 10 seconds and is so much faster than my old one. So far it’s worked flawlessly. Battery recharge is very fast (about an hour). This has been an excellent purchase.

My wife and I we been buying HP laptops for many years at Best Buy the reason we pick Best Buy they always have the best prices in town and the best thing about Best Buy they take are of the customers the right way we never had any problems…thank you Best Buy!

This computer is perfect for my 86 year old mother. Just the right amount of hard drive storage and nice display. Also light weight and easy to open and close.

I purchased this laptop for my son who is in high school. It has excellent speed and the touch screen makes it for easy for him to use.

My computer was 10 years old and could not be updated to Windows 11. So that being said, the performance and apps to this new laptop are just amazing. I have nothing to compare it to but I have had a HP laptop and printer before and never had problems with them. I am totally pleased with this purchase.
