This has been a great work laptop! It's lightweight and easy to carry. The laptop has been user friendly and I was able to easily load all my apps. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, lightweight and comfortable laptop.

This is a reliable everyday laptop that handles mid-range processing tasks with ease. My only complaint is the lack of a built-in HDMI port; having to use an adapter was a minor nuisance.

I was very skeptical of moving to windows 11 due to the amount of processes and resources it requires. What a nice surprise to see how well this laptop handles the OS. I've even installed blender and have been able to do some 3d modeling and some basic video editing. Of course this is not a laptop built for the extreme demands of high quality 3d animation due to the integrated graphics card having little memory, but it handles my basic modeling and video needs very well. I'm very happy.

Big step up from my Intel 5. Much faster, quicker access. Still trying figure out apps to stay in home page. Picture transfers a lot different.

I’m very happy with the laptop; not happy to have to purchase Microsoft Office separately;-(not a Best problem) nor am i happy that no one within the company knows how to update current email accounts. I was happy “Elizabeth” (?) was able to access my account in the store enabling me use accrued points. Good merch exhausting customer service.

This is a great laptop if you're looking for good performance and a lower price point. If you're looking for the "best of the best" I would probably make a different choice, but all in all, this has been a great choice if you need lower budget options.

HP tends to make a decent product, this Laptop met the needs of my son's homeschool classes. Not a gaming laptop but does what you need it to do otherwise. It did come with a lot of pre-installed programs that I had to uninstall as they were distractions for my 4th grade son.

I went from a MacPro to this HP, because my school required Windows 11. So far, it works great. And great price!!

Great office laptop with easy use, good memory and high quality monitor.

This laptop is impressively fast and handles everything I throw at it. The touch screen works well — responsive without being overly sensitive. The processor easily keeps up with my massive Excel files and loads large datasets quickly without lag. It’s been such a reliable performer that I’m buying a second one for my assistant.

It feels better than the Dell competition with the same feature's. Battery life doesn’t seem great but I’d carry my charger with me anyways.

Easy to set up, fast, does have a learning curve with Windows 11, PC is light, buttons soft.

Overall, it's a great computer only real problem is that the keyboard does not light up. I wish the sales person would have mentioned that
