This computer is a good for the price I paid. It is very slow in the beginning but gets much faster after all the programs are downloaded.

in store had had a great selection to chose from. The clerk was very helpful . the tech transferred the personal info from old laptop to the new one. the new one works perfectly.

In the store our service was great. However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!

This is a surprisingly great laptop for the price. Purchased it for a gift but the recipient is loving it.

This laptop is perfect for my job. The touchscreen makes it so easy to transition from screen to screen. The battery life could be better but that’s the only problem I’ve had so far

Good product -easy setup for the non-techies like me. Screen size is large enough to have multiple windows open and used simultaneously .

The new computer is working nicely. Rick is having a small problem with getting the printing set up correctly though.

This laptop is a good purchase for basic home computing needs (e.g., word processing, internet browsing, etc.). I haven't had a chance to test capabilities beyond that yet as I have only had it less than a month. Will update review if there are any issues to report.
