Previous laptop is a HP Pavillion that is 13 years old and still works like a new machine but it is not equipped to upgrade to Win 11. So when I finish getting everything moved over to this new machine, I will convert the old one to LINUX, and hope to get many more years of service out of it!

However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!
