Excellent! Amazing price and features, exactly what I need!

The picture clarity is not as good as it was on my previous hp laptop and this new hp laptop seems slower as well. Disappointed, because on my previous hp laptop the picture was crystal clear, the colors were more vibrant, and you could see every little detail. My previous hp laptop was also much faster. I bought both my previous hp laptop and my new one from you. The new one was supposed to be the upgraded version of the previous hp laptop, but it is not as good. The new hp laptop also gets overheated and extremely hot very quickly.

This purchase was made to replace a previous HP computer. It is an excellent replacement, but there are some differences with the keyboard with which I am adaptaing.

So far this has been a reliable machine. The only issue is the lettering on the keys is already wearing off after less than 1 month's use.

this laptop runs very well and is very efficient for what I need it for which is school. it holds up well going from class to class and the battery lasts me through all of my class.

So far, so good. Right now, we're still adjusting certain settings. The screen resolution / picture is great. The keyboard is easy to navigate; less chance of making typos (hard to explain). Can't wait to access it fully!

It does what I need it to. It is lighter weight than my old 17" so that is nice. I do miss the size of the larger screen.

Everything is good in this laptop except the backlit keyboard which is not available while it is shoung in configuration
