I turned it on the first day I purchased this piece of trash and it came on with no problem. I went away for two weeks, came home to set it up and it wont come on. I tried to take it back to best buy and they said i was 3 days too late to return it. I spend almost $600 on this piece of crap and best buy customer service sucks tremendously!!!!!! So now I am out of $500+

Do not - Repeat: Do Not - buy a laptop with the Copilot button in the lowest key row where the CTRL button has been for decades. It's a slimey move by MSFT and HP. A complete breach of trust. If there's a better reason to move to Apple, I don't know what it is.

I returned this computer. The specs were wrong; it doesn’t have backlit keyboard and battery barely lasts 2 hours. It has a cheap plastic casing and the keyboard only works sometimes.

The computer is great but the software that Best Buy offered with it was never delivered. False advertising.

Not liking the mouse pad, sound isn't good and about average on everything else.

Not capable with what I was looking for it to do. I wanted to use it for the cricut app and its not available in the App Store

Under specifications this item says that it has a lighted keyboard, and it does not. Looking into it further if you click on the information icon on that feature it tells you that it has a backlit keyboard that works in lowlight. That also does not exist. This product was misrepresented on the website

I'm disappointed I didn't realize this laptop keyboard did not have a backlight. My bad.

the laptop itself is good but i was surprised that the USB-C is not designed for power-in charging its only for data

Short battery life even If I bought it new. Tried to replace it but I didn’t see an option

product was defective but best buy refunded me 100%

I got this home to find out the charger didn’t work. When I went back to the Best Buy location I bought it from, I was told I needed to wait 40 minutes or schedule an appointment on another day. The only thing more disappointing than the charger not working was the TERRIBLE customer service experience. Won’t be long before Best Buy suffers the same fate as Circuit City.

I thought the screen would detach since it’s a touchscreen but doesn’t. What’s the point? However I do like everything else.

1 year to the day of purchase, got error message about cpu fan and laptop was overheating. It shut itself down. In process of contacting best buy and hp to see if it can be repaired or replace. Alot of money for 1 year of light usage. Not happy.

I wasn't impressed with this laptop at all, and strongly suspect it was refurbished and listed as new.

I returned this product because it was extremely heavy and bulky. Felt like a brick and had poor camera quality. You had to really press the mouse to click as well.

The battery is not good, the volume of the computer is super low, over heat under the computer

Battery life is terrible do not buy. This product has maybe a hour and a half battery
