I gifted this laptop to my mom now that she’s opened her own business, and what can I say she absolutely loves it! It’s incredibly easy to use, lightweight, and so convenient for everything she needs to do. She’s been using it for emails, client work, and organizing her documents with no trouble at all. I couldn’t be happier with this special purchase it feels amazing to give her something that actually makes her work easier and supports her dream.

Very fast, nice size, battery life so far is good. I like HP laptops

This is a very solid laptop that does everything I need and without the delays my old one had when multiple windows are open in several software programs at once. The power supply is the old school power supply only and not a combination of power and data like the newest laptops. This means I can easily connect a monitor through the HDMI port, but can't really use a docking station system. The downsides of that are 1 external monitor, but not 2 and with only 1 powercord, I would always have to disconnect and reconnect the power cord under the desk each time. I happen to have the same powercord from an older HP laptop so I can keep one connected at my home desk, and use the other when working elsewhere so I get some of the same convenience of a docking station. I use the laptop and 1 remote screen rather than 2 external monitors, and I don't have as many USB ports but was a small tradeoff to save almost half the cost of a premium laptop plus docking station and still have the speed and capabilities I need for the science software I use.

Great deal! Works well. Much faster than our old machine. Scored no sales tax here in FL because of back to school.

My old Dell laptop started giving me problems, I replaced the battery and a week later it stopped working unless it was plugged in. So I purchased a HP laptop which was faster and more efficient and it even had a touchscreen. It works great!

We have bought three of these computers for our business and personal and we love them. They are the perfect size for in-store and to travel with. Very fast and reliable!

Excellent performance and slim and weightless easy to carry finally simply superb

This is the laptop I wanted for travel, but the salesperson helped a lot by telling me about 'blue box' items discounted because a customer returned the item, good as new, which Best Buy checked out and re-stocked for sale at a discount. Had it up and running within a day. Took a couple more days to add updates, apps and utilities I use with my other Windows 11 computers. Running great now -- even connected it to my Logitech keyboard and mouse by adding a sending unit to a USB-A port.

It's definitely budget level. None of it is terrible, but if you are used to a good gaming system or a good system at work, this will feel off in so many ways. Having said that the screen is the best part about it. It's still decently bright, good color and not terrible. I am not a fan of the pin style chargers included with the HPs. I only get about 2 hours of usage on a full charge with this on "battery saver" settings. But again, bargain prices here. You have to weigh out the pros and cons for your needs.

I've had HP laptops before. This one is a great laptop and isn't too heavy. It's got good battery life and is easy to use.

For 529$ we can’t expect much more. It covers all the basics for a decent laptop. Light weight with good display.

Nice laptop. Love HP products. Got it on sale which made it an even better deal. Easy to use touch screen. Wasn't sure if I would like the rought feel of the keys but they have grown on me. Over all exccellent product.

Lightweight, easy to handle and fast. Software booted up with no problems and the interface was easy to walk through, step-by-step!

I’m really impressed with the screen size and display quality—it’s easily the standout feature and makes the overall experience enjoyable. Performance is solid, but I expected more from a 13th Gen Core i7 processor. Compared to some competitors, it feels a bit sluggish at times, which was a little disappointing given the specs. Overall, it’s a capable device, but the performance doesn’t quite match the premium feel of the display.
