A Christmas present for my husband. He's very happy with this laptop. Works great and easy to navigate.

This is a nice lightweight laptop with a screen that is a little over 15 inches. The battery lasts more then two days. This is the Best Buy that I have had so far.

I love HP. The first HP I purchased lasted over ten years and was used all the time. They really do make a great product. Easy set-up, easy to use, and the staff at Best Buy Hamburg are always helpful.

This laptop is great to use, affordable, and light weight. It does everything my desktop does and unlike my desktop it is portable. I actually bought this for my wife, and she loves it and does not desktops like I do. I am thinking that maybe I should get one for myself because it is portable.

I love the big screen on this laptop and that it is touch screen. The speed on this is for downloads is much faster than my old laptop.

I had received a new HP from my daughter and grandson in February, but it was a basic model, very slow and lacking features I wanted or needed. Because of some visual impairment, I have a lot of trouble seeing where my cursor is when using a mouse, so I really needed a touchscreen, which this affordable model has. It's also got a good size (15.6") screen, which is great, and decent graphics. The other feature I really needed was a separate numeric keyboard, which makes my life much easier with this model. Although I primarily use my laptop for financial recording, browsing, shopping, and email, I do use it a lot, and this model has everything I wanted or needed. The only negative to me is that battery life seems pretty short. Perhaps best of all, I got this during the back to school sale and saved $250 off the normal price!

I really love this laptop - such an improvement over previous one. The one complaint - and it's my fault for not noticing in details is no backlit keyboard (and I will certainly survive without it). Otherwise great size, weight, battery life, speed, storage

Great laptop, love it, easy to navigate and very sleek in style.

Great laptop, I don't use it for heavy-duty stuff, just school and entertainment. The only con is the battery life; I have to charge it every two or three hours, especially if I am watching a show. Also, the speakers are underneath the laptop, which I do not particularly enjoy. Otherwise, it functions quite fast and can handle multiple functions at once.

This laptop works great even though I would like the option to connect it to ethernet, which it doesn't have. It has been able to do all the tasks I need to do.

To my surprise, this is a thin, sleek, and lightweight laptop. Core i7 processor helped me to handle multi-tasking without any lags. Sometimes fan noise is terrible while playing any games. Speaker has descent volume to fill the living room ambience. Keys are sturdy and good for long life usage. I definitely recommend this laptop as basic office usage and remote workers.

I bought this laptop for my mom to use. She does browse the net but mostly plays match games. nothing major. So far, it performs great. Fast, and great screen. The battery is a major let down. maybe 2-3 hours between charges. It would be a 5 star if the battery was bigger.

A good cost-effective computer. Boughtit on sale. Has a i7 processor, 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. Can handle practically all tasks. Smooth keyboard and sensitive touchpad. Easy to install, had it ready in half an hour. Also the screen colors are easy on the eye.

It's a good design. The hinges are substantial. It's the hinges that broke into small pieces on my other laptop (not an HP). My sister suggested this HP touch screen model as she and her son both have the same one. I've now had this laptop for about a month and have had an easy time using it for my business. It meets all my needs and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Good size laptop to replace my old HP laptop where the battery would not hold a charge. This laptop is not as heavy as the newer ones I looked at. I wanted a touch screen and love it. Easy to transfer old docs & install my apps.
