This has been a good purchase. Holds battery charge well and is fast (no delays). The touchscreen is a great feature.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products, his name was Tommy. He was the reason we returned to best buys and that location to make our purchase. We appreciated the time and patience he provided! We were happy with our purchase but not happy with the setup of the computer, we had to go to another store to have that done. I think Best buys needs to relook at that process, if techs aren’t available to complete the setup for a customer then the sale shouldn’t occur or they should be willing to hold the item and not require the customer to do the work of returning to a store for the completion of setup! Now were having softwsre issues, so not sure if everything was done correctly? And you cant call the store direct, that’s ridiculous! 4 stars due to salesperson but best buys needs to improve on service after purchases!

Like the computer, but thought it came with light up keyboard- did not. still fast and works well

Very nice light weight and runs smoothly would recommend

fast laptop but 2 issues. When i placed the order the specs said backlit, but its not and have since changed that on the decription. But mainly im shocked at how little sound you get from this laptop and how quickly the battery dies. i keep it plugged in so not a big issue, but i regret not returning this for all these reasons. My 4th hp and this one disappoints

I gifted this laptop to my mom now that she’s opened her own business, and what can I say she absolutely loves it! It’s incredibly easy to use, lightweight, and so convenient for everything she needs to do. She’s been using it for emails, client work, and organizing her documents with no trouble at all.
