This model replaces the HP Pavilion workhorse that served me well for over ten years. So, it is familiar and still updated. The Best Buy staff member steered me away from similar but more expensive laptops to this one. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Bought it as a work computer and it is more than enough to work all the task I have through the day. It will run multiple programs at the same time with no issue! I feel that this computer has allowed me to speed up my work flow by double. I preform more test and help more people because of it. Worth the buy!

I purchased a new computer for my wife Gail, and she loves it. She is disabled and can't walk much, so she sits and plays games, goes on face book and talks with her friends. This is the laptop I wanted for travel, but the salesperson helped a lot by telling me about 'blue box' items discounted because a customer returned the item, good as new, which Best Buy checked out and re-stocked for sale at a discount. Had it up and running within a day. Took a couple more days to add updates, apps and utilities I use with my other Windows 11 computers. Running great now -- even connected it to my Logitech keyboard and mouse by adding a sending unit to a USB-A port.

My old HP laptop had a hard disk drive failure, and rather than troubleshoot, I decided to treat myself to a new laptop. HP has been a reliable brand for me, so I stayed with them for this purchase. It's a great laptop, perfect size to take to coffee shops for writing sessions. Keyboard lights up, power button is integrated into the keyboard, which surprised me at first but I am used to it now. I don't need heavy processing power, so this laptop is perfect for creative writing, emails, videos, streaming, etc.

Got this computer for work and she is great. Everything works smoothly and apps open quickly. Only con I would say is battery life is not as long as I expected. (4/5 hours when connected to all my work programs) but I may just need to adjust settings. Overall she's a great laptop!

Finally decided to get rid of my desk top and was looking for some thing faster and bigger screen. So far it is working good for me.

Works as it should. Easy set up. No issues so far. Fast enough and works well. Lightweight and nice design. Would recommend to others. Charges up quickly and handles all the personal and business applications as needed.
