Very good laptop, it runs fast and works smoothly. The screen looks great and is comfortable for studying or working. It’s a **very good option for engineering students**, as it handles demanding programs and tasks well. Overall, it performs perfectly and has a nice, modern design.

This is my third time buying this brand of computer, laptop, touchscreen, and I have never been disappointed. They worked great never had a problem. Definitely recommend this product, especially to people who are newer, even though the computer is very advanced.

Bought this for my Sister in-law, she love it, I had no issues in setting it up for her, runs great.

I've only been using this computer a few weeks but I had it set up at Best Buy and that went smoothly. Everything seems to be working well. If I do not have problems with anything I would change my rating to 5 Star.

I’ve been using this laptop for about one month now, and overall it has been very good. The performance is smooth, the screen is clear, and it handles my daily tasks without any issues. I haven’t experienced any errors, crashes, or technical problems since I started using it. So far, it has been reliable and meets my expectations.

I bought this laptop for myself for Christmas and love it! It is lightweight yet loaded! It is zippy fast to meet all of my office and personal needs! I love its touchscreen, yet the keyboard has just the right feel.

Enjoying our HP laptop. Keyboard is comfortable. Will say and note that the battery doesn't last as long as our previous HP laptop. Have to plug in charger more often. Not a big deal for us.

With the i7 processor and 16 GB of memory, everything runs fast and smooth for general office use.

Good laptop for school and work projects. Purchased it for my niece abroad for school, and she loves it. Was very easy to set up. Also purchased Microsoft and downloaded Microsoft Office 365.

The laptop is very fast and very easy to work with. I bought it for nursing school and it has been the best computer I have owed so far. My last computer didn’t even last me a year that’s why I saved up enough to get this one.

I like the split screen option. My biggest worry with switching from IPad Air to laptop was this. The charger gets warm pretty quick when using the laptop

Sales staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Laptop works fine. I was kind of forced into this purchase as my current unit (9 year old HP) finally bit the dust. This HP is much faster with a better feeling keyboard.

We brought our old laptop into the Best Buy Geek Desk and received a diagnosis of keyboard failure that would be difficult to find a replacement for due to the age of the laptop. Not wanting to lose the laptop function by using a separate keyboard, we decided it was time for a new laptop. The technician gave us some recommendations of what would work best for us we went to the sales department and the salesperson showed us several laptops. We settled on one the technician had also recommended. After the Geek Squad transferred our data, we went home but discovered some problems that were diagnosed by a Geek Squad technician as software cliches and corrected quickly (using a service policy so no extra cost to us) and we are home and rolling! A great buy for both the laptop and the service policy we couldn't be happier!!
