The quality is amazing! Did my college work on it, unfortunately the battery is very fast to die. I have to keep it plugged in at all times, overall good for at home work.

The computer does what is it supposed to, good speed good memory, nice big screen I just dont like the case to be plastic instead of metal

So far, this HP laptop has performance as described. The Laptop was setup as a Desk workstation using an external keyboard and monitor. Utilizing a small docking station, all the desired peripherals are connected and operating well.

Very happy with my new HP laptop. It fits my needs perfectly! Being retired, its nice having a laptop to look things up and access my email instead of having to do everything on a cell phone. Glad I purchased it at Best Buy.

Works great, setup was easy, transfered data from old computer without any issues. Easy to use.

I haven't used it much yet, but got it set up. It's smaller and sleeker than my last laptop which is nice. If you have exchange emails you will not be able to use the new outlook however, you can dial back to the old outlook and use that. But all in in all, a good purchse.

My Dell computer was running a little slow. I saw a great offer on a new HP with 16GB of memory and a touch-screen. The price looked good and when saw that it was on sale, it really looked good! So far it has met my needs.

Love my new laptop! Excellent graphics and the Touch Screen is great for my favorite games. This is the same brand that I had used for the past eleven years, and the old one is still going strong as well, but is a Windows 10 operating system.

Excellent. Quick and practical. Have been using it for heavy usage for 2 workers and it has great capacity. Doesnt seem to be rugged so bear in mind buying additional wear protection.

One of the best Laptops out there for this price. Bought this for 500, totally a steal. I see Battery is only par, but rest( Display, Speed) are really good. If you are a college student this a good deal with I7 processor.
