    This is a great product. I easily transferred the data from my old computer to the new one. I use a mouse most of the time, but the touch screen is very handy when I want to rest my mousing hand. I am new to Win11, but it is faster and easier to use than I expected.

    Very good laptop for my needs, glad I decided on this HP model. Only concerns would be battery life is just ok, but I knew that prior to purchasing and, a small pamphlet showing the key operating features would had been great for this first time laptop owner.     I've only been using this computer a few weeks but I had it set up at Best Buy and that went smoothly. Everything seems to be working well. If I do not have problems with anything I would change my rating to 5 Star.
