I am very pleased with this product. It is lightweight and the optics are great. The speed of processing is much improved. You can't go wrong with this laptop especially if you don't do much gaming.

Seems to handle multiple open windows ok. I only use it for emails & home use so can't give a review on huge downloads for work purposes. Battery doesn't hold a charge very long for a new laptop but maybe none of them really do anyway. It works for me just fine.

I love my new conputer. I was surprised of the processor speed it has, the touch screen features and overall performance is great. Easy to use. I wish the screen was a little bigger but it works great.

Fast shipping great product for exactly as expected I love it. It does get hot when I run a couple of programs so I do have it sitting on a fan pad but that happens with a lot of hp's or laptops when you run a lot of programs.

So far this laptop has worked well. I have used HP laptops in the past with little problems. It's easy use and fast.

I've been using this HP for about two months now, and it's exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I recently completed a few purchases at your store and wanted to take a moment to recognize three employees who provided outstanding customer service. When I first came in to purchase a computer, I did not have the knowledge I needed to make the right decision. CJ was extremely helpful in explaining the different options available and clearly outlined why the computer I ultimately chose would best meet my needs. His patience and knowledge made the process much easier and gave me confidence that I was making the right purchase. When I arrived to pick up my computer from the Geek Squad's programming update I needed to purchase a HDMI cable for the computer and was assisted by Braeden. He immediately noticed that I had selected the wrong cable and took the time to explain the difference and help me get the correct one. Braden went above and beyond by walking me over to the Geek Squad table and proceeded to go through my new computer with me and added the new software CJ suggested I have installed.His willingness to help and his excellent service made a huge difference in making me feel comfortable with my purchase. While waiting for my appointment , I talked with Kenneth about a dishwasher I was considering purchasing.After we talked, I followed his suggestion and purchased a different dishwasher that would exceed my requirements. Both CJ, Braeden and Kennth were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Their customer service is a great reflection on your store, and I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve

My new HP-15.6 Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop is all what I expected it to be. Wonderful!! I love the touch screen. It's great to be able to play around with the screen. Great amount of Memory to use for my home based business. I enjoy the ease in which I can navigate all the programs and tools so easily. It didn't take long to get used to operating this wonderful machine!

The performance is great, it's lightweight enough to carry around campus, and the battery life lasts him through classes and study sessions.
