Overall a value for money. Exactly what I wanted. The touch screen sensor is fast and the laptop itself so not heavy.

I bought this laptop for my mom to use. She does browse the net but mostly plays match games. nothing major. So far, it performs great. Fast, and great screen. The battery is a major let down. maybe 2-3 hours between charges. It would be a 5 star if the battery was bigger.

This laptop is great to use, affordable, and light weight. It does everything my desktop does and unlike my desktop it is portable. I actually bought this for my wife, and she loves it and does not desktops like I do. I am thinking that maybe I should get one for myself because it is portable.

Great laptop, I don't use it for heavy-duty stuff, just school and entertainment. The only con is the battery life; I have to charge it every two or three hours, especially if I am watching a show. Also, the speakers are underneath the laptop, which I do not particularly enjoy. Otherwise, it functions quite fast and can handle multiple functions at once.

Good size laptop to replace my old HP laptop where the battery would not hold a charge. This laptop is not as heavy as the newer ones I looked at. I wanted a touch screen and love it. Easy to transfer old docs & install my apps.

I've been using this HP for about two months now, and it's exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I didn't think I'd use the touchscreen much, but it's become surprisingly handy for scrolling and quick navigation. With 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, boot times are fast and apps open almost instantly. Storage is generous enough for my needs, though power users who hoard files might want an external drive eventually. Build quality feels solid without being heavy, and the Natural Silver finish looks clean and professional. Battery life gets me through a full workday with moderate use, which is all I really ask for. If you're looking for a reliable, responsive everyday laptop that doesn't cut corners on performance, this one's a winner.

So far this laptop has worked well. I have used HP laptops in the past with little problems. It's easy use and fast.

To my surprise, this is a thin, sleek, and lightweight laptop. Core i7 processor helped me to handle multi-tasking without any lags. Sometimes fan noise is terrible while playing any games. Speaker has descent volume to fill the living room ambience. Keys are sturdy and good for long life usage. I definitely recommend this laptop as basic office usage and remote workers.

Good computer. Nice keyboard, pretty fast, not for gaming but very good for office and on-line apps. Not wild about windows 11 for us. Seems like 11 is a step backward for what we use it for.

Laptop does we everything I need it to. Plenty of speed and storage. My biggest issue is the battery life. Lasts about 3 hours on a full charge

so far best laptop I’ve owned! only issue is battery life is not great but I don’t mind because I usually have it plugged in if I’m using it anyway!

It is lighter and easy to carry. It is also very efficient speed in processing information.
