I needed a newer computer to supplement my windows 7 desktop as more and more sites will no longer accept Win7. I am not impressed with Win 11. It is just too much stuff that is not necessary, much like Apple. The simplicity of Win 7 was perfect for me, as I am not a power user, just use it for browsing, email, access to certain accounts, etc. Slowly learning to accept its complexity and fluff, but that is not appreciated. As far as the computer is concerned, it is OK, but I hate touch pads, and and the pad (and screen) sensitivity is sometimes too much, and at other times too little. I may learn to like it at some point, but as of now my impression is it is just kind of OK. I am not going to say don't buy it, just be aware that it is not a great computer. Perhaps this is true of any laptop. I have always had desk-top machines, and they are what I like best.

It works well BUT there is NO Backlit screen as advertised ! Makes me wonder if your other items are advertised properly.

The only thing I do not like is the dark letter keyboard. It's hard to see the numbers and letters.

Overall it's a good product to use. The descriptions show that it has a backlit keyboard but it does not.

The speakers on the laptop are on the bottom of the laptop and the fidelity and level of the volume is mediocre, but I like the performance of the laptop.

This laptop is a great deal for it's configuration

It works well. Would have liked the screen to fold all the way back so it could be used like a tablet.
