I gifted this laptop to my mom now that she’s opened her own business, and what can I say she absolutely loves it! It’s incredibly easy to use, lightweight, and so convenient for everything she needs to do. She’s been using it for emails, client work, and organizing her documents with no trouble at all. This computer has mostly been easy to use. This has been my first HP computer and so far I am very pleased.

I run a small business and we have about ten of these. Laptops have been very reliable and hold a good charge with regular usage. This isn't going to give you gaming laptop performance but is very solid. Will purchase again if needed.

As advertised my daughter is very happy with the laptop and especially the touchscreen. Easy to setup and get right to work.

Well satisfied with HP computer, very fast much better than the Dell that it replaced. The touch screen took a little getting use to. The only thing I wish it had is padded protective sleeve like the HP spectre x360 came with that I bought about 3 years ago.

I've had HP laptops before. This one is a great laptop and isn't too heavy. It's got good battery life and is easy to use.

fast laptop but 2 issues. When i placed the order the specs said backlit, but its not and have since changed that on the decription. But mainly im shocked at how little sound you get from this laptop and how quickly the battery dies. i keep it plugged in so not a big issue, but i regret not returning this for all these reasons. My 4th hp and this one disappoints

I recently bought the HP 15.6 Touch Screen Laptop 16 GB and I absolutely love it. I walked in to BestBuy not having any idea what I was looking for, I am not really computer savvy let's just say...LOL. So a sales person came over and asked me, "Is there anything I can help you with", "BIG MISTAKE", and I replied, "Well you sure can", Golly, I must of asked him over 50 questions about computers, and never once did he ever show any signs of frustration with me. Awesome job Best Buy for your excellence in sales staff and products that you carry. This laptop is awesome, It is so fast, and the touch screen works perfect. I would recommend this laptop to family and friends.
