He is very happy with it, but he really only uses it for being on the internet and emailing. It is simple to use and he has had no problems with Windows 11 (his old computer had Windows 10).

First time for a personal laptop for home use and I am not disappointed. This is my 3rd HP computer and I highly recommend this brand. Having the Best Buy extended warranty which includes Geek Squad has been great!
