Great Replacement Laptop

Fast, reliable, and handles all my daily tasks with ease. Very happy with the performance so far!

He was the reason we returned to best buys and that location to make our purchase. We appreciated the time and patience he provided! We were happy with our purchase but not happy with the setup of the computer, we had to go to another store to have that done. I think Best buys needs to relook at that process, if techs aren’t available to complete the setup for a customer then the sale shouldn’t occur or they should be willing to hold the item and not require the customer to do the work of returning to a store for the completion of setup! Now were having softwsre issues, so not sure if everything was done correctly? And you cant call the store direct, that’s ridiculous! 4 stars due to salesperson but best buys needs to improve on service after purchases!
