Decent working laptop

I could wish for better graphics, but that will require I invest in a new gaming system instead of a work laptop.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the internal speakers are horrible and hard to hear, but I always use a headset with it it wasn’t really a priority for me.

No pass key code for Norton

However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!

The chipset and graphic card runs two external monitors without difficulty. The only negative is that the keyboard has no backlight and there is not much contrast between key color and character color on keys but the unit was over 1/3 less than other brands with similar specs.
