    Very pleased with this laptop. Previous laptop is a HP Pavillion that is 13 years old and still works like a new machine but it is not equipped to upgrade to Win 11. So when I finish getting everything moved over to this new machine, I will convert the old one to LINUX, and hope to get many more years of service out of it!

    I am loving my new HP laptop. It helps me to do my PowerPoint presentations and so much more. Lots of space especially for the workloads that I have to do. I will let my family know about this product.

    I returned it. The keyboard not being lit was mainly why. The battery didn't seem to last either. I got a different HP but haven't used it yet

    I like the computer, but not happy with Best Buy. The specs for this computer that it had a lighted keyboard, but when I set it up I realized that the keyboard didn't light up. I was but I had already set it up so I decided to keep it!!!

    Love the computer, operating system BUT! Battery life is terrible. Maybe two hours then plug it in. My previous HP battery lasted 8 + hours.
