    so I am 3ish weeks in to owning this. Probably one of the worst laptops I own. I call the store asking if they had a laptop capable of doing some 3d design, this laptop was brought up i was told mythical stories of how it would suite me fine. It doesn't. In fact I am surprised it can do anything at all. It locks up using Google let alone the 3d software I need it to run. When I called and inquired about the issues I was told that "that's not the machine for what your trying to do" and that there is nothing wrong with it so it cannot be returned... I will never shop at best buy again.
