We bought this for our daughter to use for both gaming and virtual school. She’s had a few blue screen errors and there have been some issues with WiFi connection but it’s otherwise a great laptop.

I got this laptop for my son as he really wanted to get a gaming laptop. This was recommended by the Tech at BB. My son did not even get to enjoy this and by the time I got a chance to return it the return date had expired.

This laptop is good but not the best one set back is there is only 2 usb ports and only a 3.5mm headphone jack. But beside this you can play a good number of games that are not brand new or demanding on graphics card

It's ok for the price. You get what you pay for. Not much space on the hard drive, fills up quickly. My advice is purchase a external hard drive and CD writer/reader as there is no disk tray built-in to laptop.

Only problem was it froze up at least once and had to be rebooted and did not know that it was not a touch screen when I bought it since I could not go inside the store due to virus.

The WiFi is trash, you will have to buy a decent WiFi adapter to be able to do online gaming, without it, the lag in games will be unbearable. Besides that the computer is decent.

This computer actually did everything I wanted to make a play my games on it. It ran them pretty well. There was very little lag time on the game and everything showed up quite well. The boot up time was less than 30 seconds and to load a game like the sims 4 took about the same time. The screen however was terrible it doesn’t look like it’s a 1080P at all. The white was so bright I couldn’t see my character and the blacks were a light gray at best. I just couldn’t recommend this to anyone I know because of this.

When you get it delete your temp files you don’t need them. It will run fairly smooth after that with it running slow at sometimes but all you have to do is restart.

I’ve been an avid Best Buy shopper and Best Buy Elite member for close to six years. I’ve never had such a horrible experience then with this computer. I will most likely never buy from Best Buy ever again. I bought this computer on April 30th and within a month the graphics card was not updating. I called the store and geek squad and got the run around for two hours with them. Telling me they could fix it remotely then, telling me I need to make an appointment to go into geek squad which I couldn’t go in till June 12th which by then my return policy would be over. I told them I wanted to just return it but then they said that it would take another week for the new computer to come in and I needed it right away for work. So I kept the geek squad appointment. So June 12th is here and someone called me to ask why I had the appointment and coming into the store. I told them and they said I would have to pay $200!!! What! I was never told that! Why would I spend another tell hundred dollars on a piece of crap computer and has been having trouble since the day I bought it. So now what? I have to take a brand new computer to HP to have them fix a driver. I can’t believe the games that have gone on with this company and the hours And money I’ve wasted. I will never spend money here again.
