HP - 15.6" Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - NVIDIA GTX 1050 only worked adequately for about a year. Afterwards, it got slow, buffers, and in no way can you use this laptop for gaming. The quality of HP has sunk to new lows. Never again.

I got it for games, so before I downloaded any games I went to YouTube to see if it could even run a video and sadly it could not and so I did a bunch of checks by myself until I gave up and called geek squad who then told me it was broken. Returned it soon after of course.

Horrible laptop even with upgraded RAM. I’ve spent over a year trying to make it work but cannot. Running absolutely no programs and it’s still boggy. I want to blame Windows but cannot as my partner has the Intel version of this and it works 10x better.

You get what you pay for. Didn’t like it. Returned it within couple days. Screen is not bright enough. Build quality is cheap. Bottom line I was not happy. HP usually dose make better laptops than this one

not happy with mine yet, Loved it when I first got it but now its has issues , screen turns green when I'm in the middle of a movie, or just browsing . It also freezes up.

Bought the laptop for quarantine to play video game with friends and family but every game i play has FPS lower then 10 at times on call of duty warzone and destiny 2 which the spec is well more than qualified to run smoothly.

I hooked it to my WiFi and it’s running slow and I haven’t even added anything to it I am completely confused I thought it was a gaming laptop but it’s looking like it can’t run normal every day stuff

Slowest startup we really thought it was a deal just a junk computer. Writing into the the bbb for lack of options and quality. Nothing that was on the box was true. Felt completely lied to

First one I bought screen was broke. Didn’t even turn on out the box, second one the speakers were blown or something. Besides that it worked good. Won’t buy again for sure

Terrible not even had a year and the internet drive disappeared something is wrong inside now have to spend half as much as it’s worth to fix and recover

Purchased for gaming based on store associate and chat rep recommendation. Does not play games. Best Buy refuses to help with this issue.

The picture is not clear and vibrant. I read reviews that said it was good.that was not the case when we received it.i thought for the price it was poor quality

Died 14 months after purchase. Would no longer turn on. That's a lot of money for basically 1 year of use.

A few weeks after i got it I went to sleep and i turned off the computer I woke up and my whole screen was burnt.

Hopefully the next laptop will work for me. I am not a good person to ask as the first laptop did not work.

i didnt recieve this item because they said they did not have them but they clearly shipped something

The keyboard wen out of it least than a year.. for the price that shouldn’t of happen .

No wouldnt recommended for gaming, morw for office work/light load
