Computer is a good product. It could use better functions as in split screen and beter operations for photos soy ware detection and better surfing for web.

My mom just needed something to be able to get on the Internet. Nothing fancy. This was perfect for her. Just the right size and had what she needed the most.

Great little computer. I've had it 11 months with no problems. I just need basic Internet and document (Office Suite) processing. Great for data storage from my big old desktop. Really convenient. During Texas storms I grab it and head to the basement. If the worst happens I have my computer life with me.

This is not a laptop you'll want treat lightly, because it's not light! This is certainly a great machine, excellent speed and screen, and could be a replacement for that dinosaur you've got sitting under your desk. I'm using this for most of my computing needs now: banking, taxes, spreadsheets, networking, etc.

Great laptop for my soon to be middle schooler.. He has done a few coding classes with the laptop, summer reports and even feeling more comfortable typing.

Good HP Laptop. Comfortable. Large hard drive. HP's have always lasted a long time for me, so the 500 GB drive here is a plus. Easy to set up. Easy to use.

Not much faster than my 5 year old basic computer but does the job. Basically used for internet surfing and emails.

bought it without reading the reviews but fortunately it is working perfectly.

Took it home, booted it up, followed the instructions and was online in no time. For a basic no frills computer, it has all you need including Windows10.

This laptop has a sharp image and seems to recharge quickly. My son uses it for school work and playing games.

I must go back soon to learn a little more about my new lap top..I'm kind of a not a hi tech person..need some tips..on how to get around and where to put my pics..The geek that helped me at the store was FANTASTIC.!! It's a little slow but works for what I use it for which is browsing the web, watching videos, meets expectations

Nice laptop for everyday computing. I would recommend upgrading to 6-8 gig of ram for a power user. Will run quick books pro and office 2016 no problems.

It's cheap but not as good as I thought, very slow laptop with window 10.

Bought this new computer. Less than a month later it can be used for nothing but a boat anchor & best buy refuses to fix it. It is less than 30 days old and has completely crashed. I have literally loaded nothing new on it. i have simply been using it straight out of the box. It is unacceptable that I spent this much $$ on a computer and it doesnt work a month into owning it.

Excellent value if you don't want to spend a fortune on a new laptop. Clear, large 17" screen has good resolution and brightness. Good bang for the buck.
