Has great picture and is super easy to use also love the look love the built in web camera too and you never know how much you use the side # panel until you don't have it I'm so glad it's included in this model

Ink cartridges don't last long enough. I rarely use them, but they're constantly empty.

Good microwave looks great fan is a little in the loud side love the pull out exhaust.

If i could give this computer a zero i would. I returned it a week later. From the very beginning it was slow to start. It always froze constantly!! I really like HP computers but this one was a piece of ......!!!

Ok laptop for the price. Overall good purchase. Yes.

I bought this laptop as a Christmas gift for my daughter. After just 2 weeks it would only open to a blue screen! Geeksquad said it was a "corrupted" system, defective computer.

So far so good. I needed something with more storage than the Acer notebook/tablet.

HP is a trusted name in laptops. This one is so easy to use. I did the setup by myself and it couldn't have been any easier. I am not a gamer but I know you can use it for that, but it does everything I need.

My husband needed a new computer and he chose this one. I haven't heard him complain about this computer. He's had it for the past 3 months. I'm glad he found an affordable computer that he can do his job on.

I bought turbotax - the price showing in the store was $39.99. I was charged $45.38. I had a $10.00 reward certificate and did not receive credit for it. I also bought ink for my printer. I am not happy with this. Up until now, I have had good experiences with Best Buy, but now I am not wanting to have any further experiences.

So far so good , did not have it for a long time but will recommend it to purchase.

Found this as a gift with a great cost. Runs smooth, be careful when repeated striking a single key as they may begin to stick as I found with a younger user of this laptop. Otherwise, great for the cost.

good value was bought for my daughter and she likes it better than her old computer.

This purchase was a gift for my wife. We have both sworn by HP for years. Although she is stumbling a bit with Windows 10, she seems to like her new laptop.
