This computer is all over the place when we turn it on, can not control the arrow, jumps from large to smaller screen. It's 100% then it will be 250%. This was a bad purchase, I will be looking for refund. I am so sorry I went to Best Buy. The store person did not have a clue about this computer or what I wanted for my life style.

I bought this HP laptop specifically for web browsing and email. Ordered it through BestBuy.com and it was delivered quickly. It worked great for 11 days, and then it suddenly stopped. The OS was no longer on the machine. Called the Geeks and they advised that I return it to a store for an exchange or refund. Got my money back. I wouldn't recommend this particular laptop as it seems to have a lot of problems.

Nice computer but the keys are to stiff and makes it hard to get any rythum to write

This was on sale, so I decided to take a chance on a new computer with an AMD processor, even though I try to stick with Intel. After a week, the screen started messing up, and after a month, there was nothing that could be made out on the screen, rendering the computer useless. Had to return for a refund. The replacement computer I bought is not an HP, but has an Intel processor, and works fine.

Has a lot of trouble with processing system. Have already tken it twice for Geek Squad Service after 40 days of ownership

Runs much too slow had to upgrade ram and still not adaquate. Not meant for games.

this was recommended, I don't like it as much as I should. Could have picked something way better that matched my needs.

I purchased this laptop as my personal home laptop. I did not like it after using it for some days and returned it.

Second memory slot is flakey. After a couple of hours on the phone with hp technical they will repair of replace it.

This computer gave me issues from day one. I didn't expect too much for the price paid, however I expected a decent working computer. This computer will not play games or videos and lags terribly. Hp support was not helpful at all and directed me to someone in India. DO NOT BUY! Despite the good reviews at my time of purchase I wish I would have purchased any other computer!

Second one works fine, kudos to staff at Vero Beach that programed it with due diligence and great professionalism.

It's a nice computer but a bit slow for my taste. The response time is pretty slow but for the price I guess it's ok

I was excited when I found this computer for the price ($199), I was not expecting much from it, other than being able to surf the web and minor stuff. However, I was really disappointed when after two uses the computer crashed on me and gave me a start up error that would not allow me to turn it on. I had to return this item and now looking for a computer with a similar price :/

does. things I don't want it to do when I least expect it and because of this I never get to frinish articles I was reading or emails I was writing. In writing this review I was interrupted 4 times so far and its frustrating to say the least. I have had PCs Laptops and desk tops besides work ones and never ever have had this Maybe its windows 10 but whatever it is it sucks.

Less than two weeks into having it was slow and not meeting my needs

Slow, slow, slow. Only used for paying bills and can barely do that. :(

PC froze, must have been defective, tried to reset it a few times before i had no choice to return it.

I gave a good review when so bought my computer home but it's a week later and my computer completely shut down. I used it three times, downloaded virus protection and Microsoft which is not cheap. I still have time to exchange or return lap top but I tossed my receipt and box it came in.

My old laptop crapped out on me and I wanted something reliable. I read many reviews, compared quite a few and decided to go with this one. Like the fact it has a CD/DVD player as well. Very easy setup, light, durable, and very functional. I highly recommend this laptop for simple web surfing, office work, storing information, and it's size. The only thing was the touchpad would not scroll until I went on youtube and found a video how to enable this. Now that that is functioning, I'm enjoying it even more. If you like to not be able to use your computer or take naps in between attempting to pull up a Web page, this lap top is for you! Literally the worst. And Bestbuy would not allow me to return or exchange for a better model due to having it more than two weeks. Super not impressed.
