Nothing but problems from the very beginning. I'm extremely disappointed and will not buy an HP again

I'm really disappointed with this purchase. The computer, while lighter is slower and glitchy. I checked to see if it was my Internet connection and it's not as I fired up my old one and it actually works faster than the new supposedly FASTER model. I think this laptop is not worth the money. I'm now in the market for a new one from another manufacturer.

Crashed in first 10 days. Had to reload all my software. Battery already not lasting. It's cheap.

You get what you pay for.....if I had to do it again id pay the money to get something better!!

This laptop was terribly slow, so it got returned ASAP.

No form of Windows Office. 250 dollars for computer than they want over 150 for office.

Fair laptop for the money. Keys on keyboard don't always work, Very frustrating.

Not consistent - not enough memory - and very clunky. You get what you pay for.

Online description said laptop was touch screen but if it is, it does not work.

Too much software updating. Slows down softwares and laptop if not updated.

Have had the computer a little over a year and it has been difficult in the past few months. Computer will not shut down automatically as it should Shop can't duplicate even when brought in with problem. Difficulty connecting to internet. Slow processor, but that comes with the low cost.

Slow performance but can be upgraded with more ram. Check first !

The case is badly scratched. Hoping there isn't more damage.

Where I am this laptop was being sold for U$410 (Jamaica) Hence I had to get it here. Purchased for a friend so won't know how it holds up totally. Used it for couple hours and had no issues. Good laptop for your everyday use nothing more expected. So I am pleased. Like the textured feel and the touchpad texture is fine for me. Sound is ok, clean enough to hear what is happening and good volume range. I gave it four because I won't have it, so maybe when my friend gets it and use it over time I might notch it up to 5 stars.

I had nothing but headaches with this product. I purchased it because I was going back to college. I had nothing but headaches from trying to opening the library file to renaming picture. For simple online task yes it works fine. But I didn't have a pleasant experience with it.

This computer is slow and I am not a big fan of Windows10.
