Worst laptop i ever bought...speaker quality is very bad

Loading programs and just stopped working. Store returned

I returned this product the next day for a differrent more expensive brand with a much faster Intel i5 processor.

This computer is good only for email and web surf .

Not what I expected, it was not for me returned it

The computer does not even work. The wireless system worked for several days then said I needed a new part. Tried everything Hp said so a factory reset and now the computer won't even completely load the Windows software. Worst purchase ever made.

Impossible to type without constant errors due to the mouse interference. I took it back to Best Buy and one of the Geek Squad tried to type and then said. "I've seen mouse interference (due to hand position ) but this is the worst.

This laptop was a problem from Day 1 - Fortunately the hard drive crashed just before its 3 month anniversary, and Best Buy generously gave me credit toward a new laptop. Thank you Best Buy - No thank you to HP

I bought this as a bundle for $330. At the time, I didn't know as much about computers as I do now, and I regret it. For the first few months, the computer was very quick, but now that there are programs on it, it has become increasingly slower. For the price, I should have been expecting this. I will break my review down into what I like about it and what I don't. The Good: - The A6-5200 APU is powerful enough to run most older games on the max settings. I was even able (with some tweaking) max Minecraft out by turning the render distance down. Other games like Command and Conquer and Battlefield 1942 ran without a hitch on max settings. - I like the keyboard layout. The keys are spaced just right for anyone who likes to type; however, they are a bit mushy. - The notebook is very slim and attractive. It has a nice uniform matte finish on the outside and a shiny black finish on the inside. The shiny finish easily shows off hand and fingerprints. - Mine came with a 1 TB Hard Drive. That's an extremely good bargain for the price I paid if you ask me. - The laptop has been reliable in the sense that it hasn't had any actual hardware issues. The Bad: - Only 4 GB of Memory limits how much you can do on this computer. I can only run a few programs at a time before the RAM starts to fill up, so this computer is not for multitasking. - The computer came pre-installed with lots of bloatware, adware, spyware and other junk from the very beginning. This was annoying to go through and have to remove. I downloaded Malwarebytes and it said I had 97 "unwanted" (examples listed above) programs on my computer. Not only were these programs annoying, but they also hogged up a lot of system memory and disk usage, making the computer laggy. - If you have the choice to keep Windows 8.1 on the computer, keep it. I upgraded to 10 and the hardware on my laptop wasn't fully compatible. I had issues with my touchpad and media buttons. However, Windows 10 is a very nice OS, so I clean installed it onto my desktop. - For some reason the touchpad is either not sensitive enough or over sensitive. When I need it, it is barely responsive, but when I don't (when I'm typing) the pinch-to-zoom feature drives me nuts. I tried disabling it and the settings always revert back to default when the computer resets. - I have issues now with the computer being entirely unresponsive to key inputs when I log in, making me have to do a hard reset by holding down the power button. - RAM is not easily upgradeable Final Thoughts: The computer started out really great, but over time it didn't hold up so well. For the price I paid, it was definitely a good bargain. I guess I am just biased now towards it because I built a custom PC. Regardless, I have noticed it have more problems over time. In a heartbeat I would recommend this to anyone who won't be doing heavy workload applications and instead just be typing and web browsing; this is what the laptop is geared for. Excellent for a college student or older person who won't use it for much except to type and browse the web. If you are looking for a laptop that has power, look for something else.

Slow to load. Will not buffer DVDs. The screen will freeze. Takes forever to load internet browser. I should of returned. Picture quality is bad. Never buying this brand again. Nothing positive to say.

I am very displeased with the performance of this laptop.... Maybe it's Windows 10...maybe it's the internal components... All in all, a poor choice. I plan on returning this laptop.

System not working, remains hang up, only keep circling but screen never came up, looks like some problem with their operating system, apparently sold without any quality check

It is much to difficult to use. I have no idea how to get to anything. Instruction Manuel would be nice to have, without having to use a ream of paper to get it (the Manuel)

yes pc was cheap, it broke 6 weeks later, bb does not help, contact manufacturer. I'm out 200& for a defective pc. Too late for return-4 week window. so frustrating.

Quit working after 4 months. Tech advised bad mother board. Advised would cost more to repair than to replace.Very unhappy with this PC.

This laptop lagged from the beginning and with only one day of having it, I was getting a blue screen. Returned the next day.

I got this computer for my son so he could Skype his tutor. The sound has so much static that we can't use the computer to Skype.

device didn't work and I had to return it. The return process was simple.

the speed on this thing is like a turtle, i think my 10 year old HP ENVy 14 works way better than this.
