I read the reviews and thought this computer would be great for my needs.....WRONG! There's nothing at all that I like about it. VERY slow, doesn't work properly, will not read my camera memory card and so on. My old HP laptop that I was replacing blows this one out of the water. I did my research and it has a decent processor. Im not sure why mine is so terrible. Taking it back!!

This computer is not meant for the average college student. It was extremely slow. I took it back to the store.

While it is not one of the most powerful laptops, it is good enough to do a lot of things. What else can you expect given the super low price?

Got one for my daughter and will get one for my son because it does what it needs to quickly, enough storage for the price and when your dealing with teenagers who don't really think of all that it's a good deal.

I have had many laptops. and this one is slower than death! But, what do you want for a $200 computer? Even the guy in the store said it was slow but once it's up and running it's not bad. Have to say great screen! If you want a computer for some serious doing - this is not the one. If you want for email and stuff than it's OK if you have time to wait around. Spend a little more $$ and get a faster one!

Received a good deal on HP laptop. Runs fast and easy to use. It's for my dad and he is liking it now. Great customer service from Best Buy employees. I always look for deals at Best Buy and buy the item when I think it is a right price. Love the best buy deals.

I was skeptical about a laptop on the lower end of cost, but was surprised on how well it worked out. Nothing flashy and doesn't necessarily possess a very good keyboard, but a laptop that's reliable and gets the job done is what this is. Can't go wrong.

I love my laptop and for someone on a budget it is awesome. So far no complaints.

This product does its purpose but it is slow and the keys are spaced awkwardly apart. It has some quirky things to it but once you get used to it, it is ok. Not thrilled but not devastated by this purchase either. You have to have patience with it as my husband does not. We need to look further into seeing if we can fix some of the things that we do not like about its functionality.

It's a great Laptop for the price. I would just recommend upgrading the RAM cause Windows 10 takes a resources

I bought it for my dad. He is happy to use this product. I am always HP fan.

It was at first really good. Set up nicely, but then I tried to video chat with someone. The quality of the camera was horrible. Including the fact that the speakers was extremely fuzzy and not good. I had high hopes for this laptop but that didn't go well. I'm planning on returning this product.

This plain Jane computer is a great deal at an affordable price offering 4 Gigs of ram a quad core processor and a AMD dedicated video card you cant go wrong with a price tag of only 250$ It also has a DVD burner built in & an HDMI out :>

I bought this HP for my wife for Christmas and got what I paid for. It's a cheap laptop that was VERY SLOW and when on the internet, it kept saying the page could not be displayed and you'd have to refresh the page to get it to work. I tried to restore it to factory settings to see if that would fix it but it got stuck at 54% for hours and wouldn't do anything. We promptly put it back in the box and returned it to Best Buy for a full refund. Best Buy was great with the return and we purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 500 for a little bit more money but are much happier with this computer. It is true that you get what you pay for and this HP was no exception. Don't waste your time with this one.

I found the laptop to be very reliable and and it works well especially for the low price it has.

I bought this laptop as open box and after the set up and registration, i started noticing that the computer isn't as smooth and fast as it was advertised. With a quad core i expected it to be what a quad core does, but it wasn't. I dont know if it is just the computer i got but i'm planning to return it or get it optimized by the geek squad.

I looked at so many laptops before I decided on this one, because of all the raving reviews I read on line. I had to take it back after one week, because it was lagging, pages were not responing, took at least 5 minutes to process one page, and when it did, it only downloaded half the site, or Facebook. I was disappointed and frustrated!!!
