I had problem with the HP laptop just a week after I got it. It had persistent blue screen issues. HP didn't return it but promised to replace the motherboard. The blue screen stopped for a while but then returned. That was Windows 7. Then HP said Windows 10 doesnt have Bluescreen issues so I installed it but the laptop got very slow and non responsive. Now I am in the look out for another laptop. Thinking to buy a Dell. My advise is go for Acer, Dell or Lenovo.

Very good price, very good computer, good processor, I'm playing games on it. Very nice set up. Looks great, sounds great.

Sometimes the laptop will randomly do updates when I'm in a crunch of time trying to complete a paper/project quickly, but it's good that it does update. Very fast computer, I had to redownload the wifi driver because it was so slow but now it's great. Great laptop for price, works wonderfully.

This is a good working laptop for internet browsing and quick stuff.

My laptop was slow to boot up and initialize for the first time, which had me suspicious from the start. Sure enough, after about an hour of use I got a Windows 10 Blue Screen indicating a MEMORY MANAGER FAILURE. After two more occurrences, I decided to exchange it with a new device the very next day. Best Buy and their Geek Squad were very accommodating and understanding. So far, the new laptop works faster than the first, without any errors, and is a fine entry-level laptop for my wife to do some casual web surfing and to collect digital photos from our many devices. Not a work horse, but still better than a tablet, at this price point.

The laptop does everything we need it to do. It is a basic unit, but still has all the bells and whistles and is a step up from our 4 year old laptop. The sales person was both knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try to upset to higher price units. He was quite helpful in explaining why this model fit our needs as well or better than other ones.

It got It for a little over 200 and it works great! Have no issues or anything. It's also really easy to use and even has a disc tray! I'm very satisfied with this purchase

It's a pretty good laptop. The only problem I really have with it is that the keys don't have a backlight in them, but other than that, it runs good and fast. It started heating up about 5 months after purchase and I use it irregularly. Also, the speakers blew out a bit.

Sometimes you have touch the same key to twice to register

Bought this for a roommate to replace her dying XP desktop. Works great for her needs... paying bills, Netflix, YouTube. Battery life is between 3 and 4 hours depending on what she's doing. The laptop itself feels kinda cheap and flimsy to me, but I'm used to a much better computer. Great little laptop for just basic needs.

OK laptop for the price. Some of the features that I don't care for is where the activity lights are placed. I like having them on top of the keyboard where I can see whats going on. The other dislike is where the USB ports are located, I prefer that the USB ports be near the back side of the keyboard out of the way.

The first day that I got this computer it was running smoothly until it decided to turn off and restart without warning. The next day it restarted itself 2 times within 30 minutes so I went online to speak with a chat representative. They reinstalled my AMD driver and then it continued to restart later that night.. this time it restarted 4 times in 45 minutes. The chat representative then told me that it is a hardware issue with the computer and that it would need to be sent in for repair. I took it back to Best Buy 2 days after buying it and got a Dell computer instead.

This computer is wonderful!! Very easy to use and get started within minutes! Very fast as well! Love it!!

Bought this laptop 2 months ago. Battery does not hold a charge. Spent a couple hours with tech support of which I hate they need to remotely view your computer. Only to find they need to take computer back for 7 to 9 days! No thank you why not just send a new battery? I would prefer to get my money back. Not thrilled about the touch pad either doesn't work very well.
