I normally stick with Toshiba but after buying this laptop I am not disappointed.

Its a great computer if you dont plan on using it for alot of gaming and downloading, i use it mostly for school.

Great specs for a great price. I searched the web for a good computer for my wife and this was such a great deal

The performance won't win any awards but very good for the price.

Keyboard is comfortable for typing documents. Side key pad is convenient. Nice to have a DVD player for business trips w no internet. 2 speakers make it nice for watching movies. Drawback is the screen size was bigger than I expected.

It works fine until windows 10 updates after that it is slower than a turtle. my mac has more power and always works . if there was a way to turn off windows update it would be nice theres no way to. so I WOULD NOT RECOMENT WINDOWS 10.

This is a good laptop if you just need something for Internet & documents with the 500GB hard drive

Cheap feel, poor screen quality, NOT a touch screen, no backlit keyboard. Will be returning.

After using this laptop for some time I wish I had sprung for something with a little more power in it. Response times are sluggish; opening a program can take more time than it should. Updates seem to take longer also. The laptop itself works fine, but if you are impatient with slow loading this probably isn't the laptop for you.

I had this laptop for a few days. I ended up returning it due to poor performance. Not sure if I received a bad one, but the machine ran very slow and sluggish. I would recommend for a light user only.

This is the biggest piece of garbage ever. Keyboard doesn't type .. Track pad doesn't catch and the slowest thing iv ever used ... The charger is extremely hot after 2 minutes ... Back to Best Buy it goes

Great purchase for all around use, has everything you need loaded out of the box.

I got this for my step daughter. It's her first laptop and she loves it. It's user friendly and she's able to get her school work done and save music.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING. I THOUGHT AS I SHOPPED THAT THIS IS A BEGINNER PC FOR A CHILD... NOT AT ALL WHAT I WOULD WANT. IT FEELS CHEAP AND THE OUT OF THE BOX ADWARE AND PROTECTION KEEPS NOTHING FROM FLOODING IN. RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND BOUGHT ANOTHER MACBOOK. DON'T BUY JUST ON PRICE ALONE PEOPLE.

Works as advertised, has everything we need to operate movies on TV.
