This laptop is the biggest piece of junk. Power cord does not stay plugged in unless you hold it in. It is super loud and revs so high. I have been a long time BB shopper and they will not take this piece of junk back for exchange for another model. I will NEVER shop at BB again.

Purchased as a graduation present for my college bound freshman. It is just for normal use - she is not into gaming or photo - good for normal use.

I purchased and went home to find the battery icon saying 0% available plugged in not charging. I contacted HP immediately - that was 3 days ago and I have had nothing but a run around since. I am STILL waiting for them to make good on this laptop.

This computer is so incredibly slow. I thought I just got a lemon, so I exchanged it. The second one is just as horrible. It was a gift for my daughter mainly to play minecraft, but it is of no use to her. We decided to keep it for a back up to our desktop, but it is awful. The lady at guest services said it was windows 10 causing the issue, but this is my first experience with it so I'm not sure. You definitely get what you pay for here.

4 meg ram, AMD A6, 500 gig hard drive, optical drive, good display. One for my wife and then one for me next time it went on sale!

I am hopeful this will be a reliable laptop to travel with, so I can do basic things like read emails, check flight status, arrange for purchases and delivery. I can also store and edit pictures. We will see this summer.

Put Linux Lubuntu and it works great. No Complains

Slowest computer ever. Took hours to load and configure. Was so slow that I had to return it. Just no way I was going to get anything accomplished with it.

I bought this HP computer for my 14 yr old niece. HP was highly recommend to me and my niece loves it.
