Computer came in good condition. When turned it on, the Windows program said it was missing something. It would not load Windows. Taking laptop to Best Buy store in Fort Worth.

Picked up this laptop for basic web surfing. Comes with plenty of memory for this purpose.

Purchased for our five year old, so he'd have a computer to use. It's been perfect for him.

I bought this laptop based on reviews. At first it seem to work great. But after only 2 days, there was a hard drive alert for drive c:, The laptop try to correct itself, but could not repair the drive. This is the 2nd time for a HP product. Needless to say, I'm taking it back to the store. I'm now considering another brand of laptop.

bought this model about a year ago. noticed right away it was extremely slow. took it back for another. after a while noticed the same problem but worse. now web pages are constantly "recovering" or not "responding" very frustrating. can't get much done. my older laptop that has been through a lot functions better then it.

Just purchased. Terribly slow on Internet. All other devices work fine including the other two household laptops. Will return since I need to be able to use wirelessly.

I bought this laptop after viewing a couple reviews and comparing some prices. I also knew the product name and felt it could be trusted for quality. I was wrong. This is the worst laptop I have ever used. I find it hard to believe that it will be able to do the things stated . It is slow, ackward, and cheaply built.. I wish that I had paid more for a laptop of better quality.. AKA_its cheap

upon arriving home found it NOT to be touchscreen as another reviewer said and went to HP for information to find it no longer supported. Returning immediately.

I really like this laptop. It was easy to set up, and it works well.

Item was working okay until I noticed it was running extremely slow so I decided to do a reset and omg worse decision ever. 3 days and its installing windows, it goes from 67% to 98% and restarts the process all over again. I called HP tech support they said that the windows 10 process can take up to 3 days or longer. I am at the point of returning the laptop.

My boss told me to buy this. From what I've heard it works good.

The product is very slow. My 4 year old Sony is way faster.
