laptop clicker to summit things its really hard to use

I got this laptop to replace my 6 yo all in one desktop because the monitor died in it. I found the screen size to be too small and the processor was too slow. I returned it after a week of disappointment.

The Internet connection is lost very frequently for no reason and the only way to solve that is by restarting the computer. Moreover, the computer takes too long to restart and when I use Skype there are always problems with the sound and the Internet connection gets lost even more frequently. I bought it four months ago and my greatest regret is not having returned it in the first two weeks. Never buying laptops from HP again.

Very disappointed in this laptop, have a hard time typing on it when the mouse just jumps all over the screen. Have to keep going back to where I was typing. No lights on laptop so can't tell if caps or num lock on. Very slow, bad battery returning it today!

This PC's trackpad did not work out of the box. For example, it wouldn't hold onto the scroll bar in any browser. It just stopped grabbing it. I had an HP customer service rep take over the computer where he installed a new BIOS and installed new software for the synaptics device. Nothing worked. Maybe I got a lemon, but compared to my HP Notebook 2000 this is a very cheap feeling computer.

Bought today - tried to use - had no touchscreen capability (Windows 10) Got NO help from HP, tried Best Buy and the telephone operator would not even connect me with a sales person. Had to just take it back. Will never buy a HP product again and will never darken the door of Best Buy again. My rating is actually -0- but I cannot put that in.
