very slow, nice apps with windows 10, battery is cheap, it will lose all power when not connected to a wall plug in 2 days

My laptop died and I was in desperate need of one. I didn't want to pay a lot of money. This laptop is ok. I will mostly be using it for school work. Took a little time to set it up, but it does what I need it for.

I bought this laptop for under $300 and can say it is truly a great Laptop at a great price. No issues to report and have been pleasantly surprised with its performance.

the laptop is good. everything working fine exept the speakers. However, only while talking in a skype it cause some problem. the sounds not clear a all, but while you listen the music or watching movie works fine

This laptop was wonderful for the price. It had great specs and quick performance, especially for the inexpensive price tag. It may not run Crisis on Ultra with the upgraded graphics pack, but it will do internet, office productivity, and YouTube just fine. Great if you need a quick and reliable computer for basic use.

I needed a more powerful, faster computer because the one I got for Christmas was a bit slow. So, I saw this one on the Best Buy website. I researched it. I decided it fit my needs. So, I looked for a certified Open Box version so's I could save some money. I found one at my nearest store, so I went to buy it, but once I got to the store, I saw that the price was significantly higher. I showed the CSR the info that I had printed out from their website. He told me that they normally didn't price match Open Box products. However, because the info had been incorrectly listed on their website, the CSR got approval to price match it because it was their mistake. So, I got this laptop at the price listed on their website. Best Buy rocks!

Was looking for a cheap computer to do just word processing, Internet, spreadsheet and Quickbooks for my work. Started off pretty snappy but as soon as McAffee antivirus activated and loaded it was running slower.

Great price for a computer considering what it's used for. Bought this for my mom. She only does web surfing, emails, some Web lessons.. The unit itself is light weight, although not very aesthetically appealing.
