Got the hp laptops for both of my kids they haven't had any problems with them

The only complaint is have is since I do a lot of typing for school my arms rest funny since the keypad is so far up but other then that I like it.

I use my HP on flts to complete documents. Love the ease of use and simplistic maneuverability. Can not beat the price!! Best Buy sales rep told me I would get my monies worth and he was right.

This laptop is perfect for my husband who likes to use it for his fantasy football, reading/viewing the news on MSN and work. It's easy to setup and use.

Great value for the money. Good build quality; even though its plastic it feels solid. An SSD would be the only upgrade I'd consider for a couple years.

I found this laptop on sale after having retuned an off brand computer that I purchased on Amazon. The price was close and HP is a much better product.

I wanted a inexpensive laptop to take in the van when traveling. Had tried a 11" but my eyes would hurt if I used it for very long. This is a nice light weight and does the email and web.

I had hp but it was old,,,,wanted windows 10 and I always go to best buy,,,,i bought new hp laptop and I'm very happy with it,,,so I went to best buy and bought new one and geek squad set it up

Good laptop for the money. Needed a laptop for work (I'm a Mac user for life) and this has updated OS and decent speed. Good screen size for sharing. Very easy to set up right out of the box.

I bought this for my 77 year old mother and she can do everything she wants - simple but plenty of memory.

As a computer "nerd", I can tell you that this is a solid computer for a good price. Decent processor speed for most types of people and their usage.
