Bought this for school. Great laptop for what I needed. Great price. Didn't come with Microsoft Office which I needed. No disc drive which I would prefer. But over all pleased with the buy.

It was a good basic laptop for the price. Do you like that it was an open box item and it was about 50% off the normal ticket price. Don't know if I would've bought it if it was full price

We were in and out of Best Buy in 15 minutes. I only needed my computer for work - internet searches, email, etc. It does exactly that and it was inexpensive. Easiest experience with buying a computer.

I am physically unable to walk much anymore, so can't do what I used to with things that need to be done most of the time. My husband is still working and when he comes home he takes care of the "heavy lifting". So after reading reviews on this laptop, I decided he deserves a decent computer to do what he likes to do on his down time instead of squinting at his Smartphone. He loves this laptop! It can do as much as my PC and with the wireless connection to our WIFI we don't need a booster when he's in the living room. He can even connect with the TV. He's enjoying surfing, listening to video's, email and everything else he's interested in doing. When I took it out of the box he asked what was that? I said it's your Fathers Day gift from me for all the things you do around here. He's enjoying his gift very much!

I bought this laptop for my daughter who is away at college and it works great! The speed is perfect, all the apps work good. She loves her laptop

I use this laptop for a variety of apps, including web browsing, skype, organizing and editing photos. No problems but would always be nice if the battery lasted a little longer!

I love my new hp laptop. It has enough memory to do what I need,plus with the windows 10 pre install that makes it even better. Go get it and you will enjoy it almost better than me.

A bit limited to connect some older devices but overall a very good computer so far. Normally I get a few years of pretty hard use out of HP

I just needed a windows machine to replace my last HP laptop that took a nap. This is not a fast or powerful laptop, but it does take care of the basics. Not yet a fan of Windows 10.

I really enjoyed how easy it is to use. The product cost is great.
