Outstanding performance overall with speed and graphics. I use to pay bills and shop online. I love also connecting it to my television to watch movies and play online games. Great price, great product, and awesome customer service that was polite, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely will stick with Best Buy for my electronic needs and wants.

This HP laptop does a wonderful job on every task that I have to tackle. I love the ease of typing, because the keys are not hard to press.

bought it for office to do just word documents, spreadsheet, quickbooks, scanning. still doesn't run great for such simple tasks but hey I did not pay a lot of money for it.

The product is light and I needed to upgrade my laptop for school so this was a steal. My keys seem to be a little tough to push down that's why I gave only 3 stars, but other than that its lightweight again and gets the job done.

We got this for my teenage son for school work. He's been very satisfied with it. It's definitely not a gaming pc, but suits the purpose it was purchased for. The only problem is that he accidently closed it with the mouse sitting on the screen and shattered it! The laptop was only a couple months old and we didn't get the Geek Squad protection for it (don't forget to buy Geek Squad!). Fortunately, he hasn't ever really carried it around with him. So, the need to be portable isn't crucial. The processor still works, so he hooked it up to his TV for a monitor and just uses the laptop as a keyboard. Not ideal, but it works...

I really needed a laptop for school and I happened to find this at the store as a returned item. I got a great deal and am very happy with it. It has a good amount of storage and is fast. I am only using it for school so I don't forsee it having any problems any time soon.
