Slowest laptop ever

Not sure if it is a tech issue, but I noticed it before installing a few simple programs.

Too slow

Can not run two tabs in web browser let alone 2 programs at the same time. Waste of money. Would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Didn't last long....

Been trying to reset it for hours and nothing is working. Won't even factory reset. Smh
