I bought it for Livestreaming and it's doing just fine

It’s good for normal use like school and book keeping.

This product looks very nice and we'll built. The problem comes when you turn it on it's slower then my 8 year old hp. I would recommend something else. I returned it. But I guess you get what you pay for.

You would be better off with a type writer. I would say that this machine runs at two speeds slow and stop but slow is not even an option with this machine. Absolute garbage don’t bother wasting your time.

This thing is so slow. Takes 10 minutes to even load up enough to be able to open an application. And even then is struggles to do anything. It’s infuriating. If dial up was a laptop, it would be this.

I've had HP in the past but this seemed like a good deal. This is a nice personal computer. it's at the low end but I thought HP was a great brand. You get what you pay for, crashed after 6 mo. covered under warranty ,just got it back, well see!

Main problem with this item is after having it for a several weeks, its still trying to get all of the Microsoft updates. So when I try and get it setup for my wife to use, it does more updates and takes several hours to download and reboot.

Overall I’m disappointed in myself for taking the cheapest option available. This computer can’t connect to 5g routers and has to operate on 2g and loses internet connection often. Wouldn’t recommend it if you can afford a better option.

It took forever to do anything on this computer. If you never use your computer and you want something cheap, maybe it would work for you, but for most people it will prove to be frustrating.

This laptop is a hunk of TRASH!!! TOOK AN ETERNITY TO BOOT UP AND FOREVER TO GO FROM WEBPAGE TO WEBPAGE. UGH! I don't have a pic because I returned it. Went with ASUS instead! Much better laptop.

This is the worst laptop I’ve ever owned. I mainly use to watch online movies. It’s very slow, it constantly runs 100% of disk utilization and AMD Radeon is horrible, crappy video card.

Don't buy it.. seriously. Never thought HP can sell these kinds of laptops. Boot takes 5 mins.. every application launch takes 10 seconds.. it was just pathetic .. returned as soon as I can

I bought this computer as a last resort as my other one crashed, being new it is still slow and is not worth the money I paid I should have paid more for a better computer that was faster

This computer sleeps more than any other computer I've had, and it shuts-off completely after just a few minutes of being idle. It's a bit big and oversized for a laptop these days. I regret going away from my other PC

I didn't even keep it 24 hours. This laptop is way too slow. I returned it the next day and spent $140 more and got a better laptop. If I could give this laptop 0 stars I would.

This computer is ridiculously slow and its screen is fuzzy. Reminds me of the performance I had in computers in the late 1980's. Use your money toward something higher end.

I purchased this laptop for my teenager to do schoool work and it so so so slow! But a better option, put more money into a better computer. You pay for what you get!

For a brand new laptop it moves really slow. Initially it took forever just to boot up and it takes time just to load anything I click on. I really want to return it.
