My 1st computer gave me an error message that I had no hard drive in it. Now the 2nd computer is saying another message that it is scainning my drive for errors and not coming on from the start screen for 2 days.

This is the slowest computer I ever used and that's when I first used it no downloads at all. It's bad. I learned my lesson. Do not buy this computer. It's a nightmare.

this is a bad computer. It is slow in everything, scrolling down, clicking a new tab, loading a web site. don't buy it

The device itself looks sleek and very light. However, it lacks power when multitasking. If you only need for regular browsing and email checking, this will do. But don't expect it to be fast and powerful.

Take for ever to get to the log in screen. Had to replace hard drive already and still slow shure its a bargain but save ur self the head ache

Its okay as a basic laptop, but if you are looking for something unique, you'll have to spend more money. Its not a bad computer, its just not a great computer. You get what you pay for.

This unit would’ve been a great buy if only it had a SSD !!!!!!!!!!! In this day and age they should not be a computer with a standard Hard Drive, Pointless !!!!

Because the battery would not last for 2 hours, I returned this item to Best Buy. Best Buy was great handling my problem. Exchanged for same computer! Returned 2nd HP because battery did not last 2 hours. Bought A Dell laptop this time. Best Buy was excellents in helping me with this problem. Sorry but will not buy an HP again unless they get battery problem solved.

Computer heats up fast. Not even two months in the blue screen of death appeared and then it just didn't work. Not worth it. Don't buy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Received as a gift. It’s incredibly slow. Took 22 mins to just turn on one day. It’s 2019, I’m not sure how they are even selling a laptop this day in age this slow. I tried uninstalling some stuff to try and make it faster with no luck. Save your money. Also, I wanted to return to spend more $ on a quality laptop.....looked at my receipt and Best Buy allows a 30 day return ......didn’t open it until about 40 days later. I’m going to run it over with my car for fun probably.

I dont use it for playing games or even to download music, it is so slow the only thing I can get done on it is paying my bills.

My 10 year old previous laptop is faster than this one. It takes FOREVER to load pages. Worst laptop I have ever purchased.

Bought my parents this laptop and only worked for like 8 months. I don't think it was the manufacturer's fault as the hard drive failed (most likely due to overheating).

Computer is super slow! Did all the updates I could on it out of the box and is just slow. Even typing is slow on it.
