You get what you pay for. Not happy with my purchase.

Slow, even with 4gb I expected a lot more, disapointed

When I bought the lap top I bought the insurance because I was told it covered everything even dropping it. My dog knocked it off my lap onto floor. I took it into the Geeks and was told it sounds like a software problem and that is not covered.

Out of the box, no information, started up and so slow it is terrible. Trying to get the Geek $99 offer, can't find the original order. I bought this for my wife and have set up computers before and have never had these problems before!

I should not have ever bought this laptop. I went the cheap route and ended up paying the price in anger and aggravation. I just recently purchased a MacBook Pro to replace this thing.

I'm reasonably pc proficient. I spent a lot of time trying to identify why the microprocessor was always running at 60 to 80 percent when nothing was active on the laptop. Gave up and took it back to BestBuy for them to debug.

Got the laptop and it was broken. Only used it once to set it up and after that, had a hard time to get it to start. It's might be a decent laptop but yeah. Trying to contact the computer company but getting the runaround.

Was told this computer would allow me to watch my direct tv. Well it is no good watching tv is glitchy gonna return this laptop and talk to manager about the salesman selling me a product that doesn't do what I was told.

This computer did an automatic update, and erased all of my data. Took the computer to shop, and they could not even retreive my data. I will never, ever, ever purchase another HP Laptop.

Computer would not even boot up. I dont know why HP would manufacture such an inferior product and I am suprised that Best Buys would offer it for sale. I would suggest that you pull it from your shelves.

This laptop is not recommended if you do any type of multiple projects at one time. It cannot handle more than 1 application open and I'm extremely disappointed and am returning today to take it back.

This laptop’s hard drive broke after around nine months. It was so buggy a laptop that even though the warranty still was good, I decided to throw it in the trash instead.

Purchasedthisjust overall year ago and it isuseless.the repair would coat as much as a new computer. If you purchase this, I would suggest that you get the warranty.

Got it for my dad and he needed it just for some basic use. Had problems right away. Lags very bad and just didn’t hold up especially for the little it was needed

Don't waste your time with this low-end laptaop. Bought several and had nothing but problems from day one. Overheats: FAN TOO SMALL!

My husband bought this to have an extra laptop to take with him on photo jobs and found out it was not good for photography so he returned it.

Don’t buy! Waste of money. My daughter saved her chrome and decided to herself her first laptop and it was a fail. Not a good laptop. Pretty color but that it.

I bougth this laptop but, all day is frozen or stuck....

Bought it for use processing audio - simple. Died in about 1 year and wasn't worth the cost to fix. Go DELL, not HP.
