This computer is very slow at loading pages. I was very disappointed.

Yesterday my "introductory" McAfee protection ran out. Ordered another year and called them to activate. $400 later, they had installed enough anti-hijack software to hopefully kill off the program that has been sending my every keystroke to a dozen locations all over the world since, the McAfee folks said, the day I got it online. It HAD to have come with the computer, in my humble opinion. Not happy at all.

Wanted a new laptop and I knew Best Buy had options, what a great purchase I made over a year ago. So far I haven’t had the pleasure of visiting the geek squad in the past six years

Itsa basic machine. So you get what you pay for. Everything worked and functioned fine.

the only drawback was it did not have a sep audio headphone in jack..which was one of the main purposes i needed when i got this for a quick system to stream from..but changed the mic to a usb input..and done..pretty decent for the price.

It’s okay, the only thing that got me was the resolution, but you get what you pay for.

Just what I need, low price, I'm buying another for backup. Using for Windows based music production and general computing.

An average computer. Not my top choice, but cheap. A little big and heavy for our needs.

Excellent Laptop, Case seems a little on the cheap side but it is an HP product and the internal workings are what counts.

We purchased this laptop to store our music and to be able to watch movies on the DVD player. It doesn’t play Blu-Ray discs, but it suits our purposes. The battery seems to last about 3 - 3.5 hours on a charge when watching movies.

I needed a laptop for school, something simple and easy to use. This is perfect for that! It’s easy to multitask, the size is great and it’s pretty light as well! If your looking for something for basic use, this is what you want.

This computer is great for the basics. I use it as a work computer and it works well.

Surely there are better computers out there, but for what I do, why, this is well beyond the point of diminishing returns.

This computer has great features, like a great hard drive, 1 TB of storage, which is one of the reasons I purchased this Computer, but when I set it up and started using is it had no internet access , but when troubleshooting, computer would reset the network adapter, internet access for a while but then again no internet access, ended up buying a usb network adapter, and now works pretty good.

This laptop is great for everyday use. It is a good laptop with many features.

Got this for my 13 year old grandson. Great for doing home work and looking things up for him. He's very happy with it.

It is a pretty decent laptop for my needs. Especially at the purchase price, and customer service, it was a great buy.

The laptop works good. It is a little slow on some things but it is great to have.

from a price point wanted a home laptop, with DVD to run some educational training materials on, works like a charm.
