Basic laptop

Works ok, a bit slow for most things. Especially if running multiple programs. It’s best to save up and upgrade to a strong performance laptop.

Can’t even run a simple on line application.

Everyone was in the application fine, no problem. This includes a person who is using a computer that is at least 4 years old. This laptop kept locking up. Not just the application, but the whole machine. I am an IT developer with 30+ years of experience. Our DM is a desktop support technician with 15+ years experience. We could not get this laptop to work properly no matter what we did. I won’t go into all the details, but we tried about everything. I’m returning it to Best Buy tomorrow evening.
