She was able to do almost all of the set up with out my help. She is pleased with the battery life and the fact that the case stays cool when sitting on her lap, unlike the old one that would get hot after just a few minutes.

Super duper slow for a brand new computer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think I spent around $300 for this HP Laptop and the sales guy said it would be slow compared to the others that start in the $600 range but I didn't have the extra money to spend at the time. I figured it couldn't be any slower than my HP Pavillion that finally just broke down after 10 years and, sadly, I was wrong. It's so very slow...much much slower than my 10 y/o laptop that I cannot believe it. I feel like these computer builders do this on purpose so you are forced to spend more money. A brand new laptop should work faster than a 10 year old laptop in my opinion but hey that's just me!

Came with all the latest software i needed included. Add to that Best Buys fantastic help with my finding a compatible printer and i was up and running in literally minutes Also thanks goes to Hedk Squad John who steered me in the right direction!

Perfect for some school

We tried this with my other daughter and she didn't like it, she said it slowed down with a large game download. It works great for school not for lots of games.

Good Laptop for the price

Th A6 processor is very fast and the 1 TB storage is a plus as it allowed me to transfare all my files from my old lapt top and still had a lot of room to play with. It is a good buy for the price.
