HP Laptop and flash drive

I wanted a basic laptop for office work but still have a DVD tray. I have an HP desk top at home that has served me well, so wanted to stay with the same brand. Of course the new laptop has new operating system and works wonderfully. HP Geek team transferred data, set it up and explained any changes to me. I love the lap top and appreciate the service.

Great basic laptop

Browse the internet and such it works well. Beyond that you might need more of a specialized rig. We use this to pay bills online and do online shopping and occasionally watch YouTube. Works good

What must be an old dinosaur is sold as new

At my local coffee shop it is an oddity. No touch screen. It's from an era when your laptops were trying to complete with desktops. It has every connection I want . (It's bulk and, the instructions say never to use it on you lap!) Says too much! This 15 1/2 inch colossus is too much to travel with and too much to not be embarrassed at your coffee shop. At 68 years old I was taken in by a good price and features without realizing this thing must have been manufactured ten years ago.

Great laptop

Its more than powerful enough for running these applications. I also use Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. This laptop struggled a bit with some of the bigger files, but not bad at all!

Still having trouble moving things from my old desktop to the laptop. have lost most of my passwords -- may have to call the man back. Paying him again will double the cost of the laptop.
