I wasn't sure about buying this laptop, but after purchasing it, it is working better than I thought.

I am enjoying the laptop. Once you get use to the features this laptop has, it is fairly easy to navigate. It does have features and upgrades, my other laptop didn't have.

This is a good no frills laptop! I needed something to create and edit simple documents and it does that and more. Slow start up but once it’s powered on it works well.

If I could give this laptop less then 1 star I would. They do not sell it with enough ram and it cannot be upgraded over 8. It is super slow. My 8 year old computer runs better. When taking it in they keep wanting us to spend more money to upgrade everything on it. Do not buy this laptop

I went to replace my laptop with the same laptop, just a more current one. It is very slow and I am not happy with the new one.

This is my second Best Buy HP computer laptop. Received great service from Dijon and great Geek Squad help. excellent value on the laptop and I always have great HP and Geek squad support with my HP laptop after purchasing. HP is a technology leader and serves my needs well. I am very satisfied.

I was in dire need of a new laptop. I decided to purchase the HP 15.6” Laptop and love it!!! It has been a great laptop and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my purchase!! I am still using this laptop and have had no issues what so ever with it!!

There is No HDMI Port Available. VGA or DVI is the only option, which isn't as advertised, nor in the images of the item. Adapter's are required for smooth transmissions.

Very sensitive finger pad. When moving cursor picture on screen changes Sometimes computer seems a little slow, maybe curse of Win 10. Maybe a little operator error.

excellent laptop, fast enough, easy to use. I didn,t realize it came as windows 10 in smode when I purchased it. have been unable to use my hp 4100 series printer with it. that's not a real big problem as I can use my wifes laptop to print anything I need to. overall, I am very satisfied.

When I looked at in store I saw that Word was loaded on it. Unfortunatly after getting it home found out it was only for a trial period. Then you have to pay for it.

It works, but it’s slow and it feels like it could easily break. But for the price, it’s decent enough for my needs.

It was easy to install the MS Office Suite, but I found the insistence on creating Microsoft accounts to be somewhat annoying. Otherwise, no issue with setup for use.

This HP Laptop has many features including 4GB of Memory. The processor is very fast so there is very little lag when performing multi-tasks. The screen quality is very vivid and sharp. Also this Laptop is very light weighing only 3.8 lb.s. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this Laptop!

We needed a 2nd computer for my daughter and myself to use. It is light weight and has everything we need it to do. Simple to use and worth the sale price.

Had to take the computer back to Geek Squad several times to get a method to turn off the finger pad which I seldom use, and when it's on it interferes with my typing

I used to be a Dell person but am firmly in the HP camp. A few tips dont install anything your not going to use daily, always dump your trash bin after downloading videos if you use the optical writer. The 1TB gets used up quickly and its impossible to clear the C drive when it gets full!

This is a pretty decent budget computer. It is not the fastest and does not have the latest features but high quality for a budget laptop.

Great price $249. Works well for basic necessities. Only thing is no Microsoft office on it. But cheap as it was that’s fine. I’ve had no issues with it. Pleased.

So far the system has made it possible to do everything I need. I've connected it to an external keyboard and mouse, which gives me the versatility that I need.
