This laptop does everything I need it to do and has a great size screen! The keyboard is a little small but it will just take some getting used to

I love this laptop, it’s great for working at home or on the go. It has a built-in 10-key which is the main feature I needed. The price was great and within my budget.

i got it for my cousin back home for his studies. When we plugged it in India, it turned out like a charm and my cousin was thrilled to use it for his college use. he says it has ample space and very quick. Love this latptop

I bought for a high schooler. Works great for homework and regular internet tasks. I wouldn't buy for an adult running multiple programs at a time.

I love my laptop! It is the perfect size for me and it does everything that it is expected to do. It operates great - I haven't had any issues with it. My daughter and I watch Netflix on it - and sometimes we play the Sims 4 online. I would recommend this product.

It’s a good laptop for the price . The charger kinda stopped working correctly after the second use though

Because I am 61 yrs. old I didn't want a new computer---I wanted my old one to last forever. I like this HP because it is similar to my old one.

This was a Birthday gift for my 11year old niece, she is enjoying it enough that she doesn’t put it down or share it with her younger brother

It's cheap and it works! There is a feature called "Tapping" that was driving me crazy. It took me a while to figure out how to disable it.

I don't know much about a computer but being able to access anywhere I may be as opposed to having to sit at the computer desk to even get online or what ever I may need to do is awesome. I have more patience to learn more this way. I love it, its awesome

I was looking for a computer with enough memory and disk space for a person going to further their education. Great price and sturdy case.

Purchased most likely too quickly as it was a close-out and an "open box" special. Only 4 G ram.. It was to replace a 17" HP that was six years old but with a bad motherboard. And too much to repair at that age. This HP is being returned tomorrow for a newer version HP 17" with 8 G ram. A great Best Buy purchase feature. Hoping for better success after tomorrow. BUT after all of this I remain a true and blue Best Buy fan!

I was looking for a computer to run the software for my car's ECU. List laptop was more than capable to take on the task. Windows 10 is a little different and takes some getting use to. Other then that the computer is great and the battery life great.

I expected a new laptop to be faster with downloads and startup. My former laptop was much faster.

Does its job for light computing tasks, not great for gaming or anything more advanced but for the price its a great little computer.

fast efficient runes basic programs has most options required for loading and saving programs and data good battery life and good size

The touchpad is a little too sensitive. Other than that, the computer is great for schoolwork purposes, which is all I was looking for.

This computer is very slow at loading pages. I was very disappointed.

I love this it’s a good laptop and it’s affordable it wasn’t hard to set it up . I would recommend this laptop to anyone . I thought it was going to be s little difficult since we only had Apple Mac before until now II’ll be enjoying this laptop
