from a price point wanted a home laptop, with DVD to run some educational training materials on, works like a charm.

Computer does what I needed. Good for the money. Only giving 3 stars because I don't like the "S" feature on windows 10S. Had a lot of aggravation, and had to call Microsoft. Waste of time speaking to someone who's accent is so bad you can't even understand them. My issue is with Microsoft tech help. Not the laptop. Don't get the "S' version of Microsoft unless you're familiar with it.

Very light and works well for the price. This isn't a gaming PC, but does what you need it to do on a daily basis.

It boots up quickly but the push button options, login and CD player drawer, are hit or miss about half the time.

I was shopping for a high production but yet economical laptop and that's exactly what I found in this one. I love the black matte finish and the overall productivity of this laptop. I'm thinking about buying another one.

HP is good, Microsoft blocks programs to get you to use THEIR programs! Why can't I use programs that I choose?

I love the size, I love the speed and its compact size is perfect for school work and doing everyday things on it. so it was a great investment and I still have it til this very day

The computer is thin, and light. Screen is bright. It has a cable for direct internet connection as well as WiFi.

Bought my new computer because my old one wouldn't even turn on any more. Thought my old one needed a new battery but took it to have it checked and the guy told me that it wasn't the battery it was a bigger problem.

Died in just over a year. Battery ok but usage was not worth the price. It was only used as a remote log in device, for getting email locally and TEAMS meetings. The machine was overheating and shutting down 10 mins into a meeting at 6 months and it was ventilated, not left on all the time just not a good machine.

This unit is a PERFECT for an older person in need of basic technology with limited computer skills. The specs are more than enough to sustain minor power usage and even have a CD drive.... for those “old school” CDs.

How does anyone sell a device like that HP Laptop WITHOUT ANY instructions or directions of any kind???? Can someone please tell me that, oh you can get support on line or some other way??? I don't find it easy, I'm 53 & have no computer skills, just basic I guess.. I don't know how to operate my purchase & I'm probably going to return it to you Bestbuy!! Totally unhappy!!!

I needed a laptop just for everyday light work. Something with a little more power than a Chrome book, but light and portable. This checks all my boxes. Thanks Best Buy for really giving the consumers "Best Buys."

This laptop is very easy to use. I value a computer that is easy to get into, easy to start up and easy to complete assignments without freezing. Good quality!

Nice laptop for the price, my daughter loves this and is able to play the games she wanted to with no issues

Keyboard has a different touch. Worked great for college finals & final papers. Screen is great for Netflix

Bought this to replace an older laptop my octogenarian Mom was using. Has more than enough power for general purpose use such as internet browsing, email and other basic functions. Slim case, and good keyboard .

I use this laptop primarily to stream videos and for my away computer. It is fast enough and fits my needs.

This laptop has all we were looking for and Erin the technician went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were comfortable with the operation of it.
